All about the 4 Days 3 nights Wildebeest Calving Safari to Ndutu / Ngorongoro Conservation Area / South Serengeti National Park
Ndutu Region for game viewing and witnessing the wildebeest calving season. When Wildebeest give birth to calves. Also exposing you to big cats spotting and hunting.
Best Times to witness the wildebeest calving, its best between Jan to March of every year. Ndutu is a well-protected region known to hosting the wildebeest and giving them amazing grounds and grass for birth.
Day one - Pickup from Arusha to Ndutu Region
On our first day, our tour leader will be at your residence / Airport to pick us for a safari to Ndutu by 7.00am. A brief of the safari and packing will be done. We will drive straight to Ndutu. After a 3 hours’ drive, we shall check in to our lodge / Camp for lunch and relaxing before embarking on our evening game drive. Our two hours game drives will take us through the extensive park of Ndutu Serengeti Region in search for the big five and big cats. With the help of our amazing professional guide, we will be sure to spot a few if not all animals. We will be lucky to visit the crater and spot more wildlife inside. Its one of the protected region of the Ndutu Serengeti Area. Later check in back to the lodge / Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day Two - Visiting Ndutu Area and Serengeti National Park
Wake up to prepare for breakfast and check out for a full day game drive into the park. We will be lucky to spot a huge number of wildebeests giving birth to young calves as well as a huge number of big cats around. These exposes them to the predators since they are easy prey to feast on. Our lunch will be served in the bush while on game drive.
On our third Day we shall visit the Ngorongoro Crater on a full day game drive as well.
After our 2 hours afternoon spotting and sights, we shall drive back to our camp.
Dinner and overnight at the camp / Lodge
Day Four - Ndutu/ Serengeti National Park to Arusha/ Airport/ Namanga Border
Wake up early for breakfast and check out by 9.00 am for a short game drive of one hour before checking out of the park and driving back to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport / Namanga Border.
